"I have driven past this place numerous times and never stopped. Well today that changed, it was my first time stopping in. It’s a nice, cozy spot to chit chat with a friend or work on the highlights for tomorrow’s meeting over a great cup of coffee. What I ordered was made well! I will stop in again!"

"First time here. It's a nicely location, on a city street, with light traffic. It has a small outdoor patio, with plenty of seating opportunities either on the first floor or the second. The second floor felt more like a quiet study area. I had a London Fog, which they custom made to my order. Lavender and Vanilla, with extra foam, and leave the tea bag. It was very good. Had a cinnamon scone which was a little disappointing. Didn't appear to be fresh. It tasted a bit stale. Maybe warm it up next time? I would stop by again."

"This place is a gem. Delicious snacks and drinks. Friendly staff. Its close to the splash pad and playground - less than 5 minutes away - so it's a great place to grab a coffee before you head over. Lots of space to write quietly and a small room for meetings. Prices are comparable to Starbucks but this place has a warmer atmosphere. I'll be back."

"The staff is always welcoming and willing to suggest a beverage if I inquire. The shop itself is warm and inviting. Sometimes, it does get a little crowded...that just speaks to the quality of the coffee and the amazing staff."

"I love this coffee shop! It’s got two floors so you can go upstairs if you want a bit more quiet workspace. They have two private rooms you can request to have for meetings. I have Bible study in one room weekly. The staff are so friendly, smiling, and genuine. They are pretty quick at getting your order done for you too. Their açaí bowls are so delicious and fresh! They have a few sandwich options in their fridge, great baked goods, and delicious coffees/teas! It’s a homemade comfort vibe and I totally recommend!"

"Birch & Banyan is one of those rare coffee shops that just gets everything right. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels both cozy and modern. The space is beautifully designed with clean lines, soft lighting, and a calm, local-community vibe that makes it the perfect place to meet a friend, get some work done, or simply unwind with a great cup of coffee. The staff here is consistently friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They move with a kind of confident ease—you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. Whether you're undecided on a drink or looking for something new, they always have great recommendations. And the coffee? Outstanding. Whether it’s a classic latte, a seasonal specialty drink, or just a simple brewed cup, everything is crafted with care. Their espresso has a smooth, rich flavor without bitterness, and their syrups and add-ins taste clean and high-quality. The pastries and food items are fresh, thoughtfully sourced, and pair perfectly with anything on the menu. What really sets Birch & Banyan apart, though, is its consistency. Every visit feels just as good as the last—same great service, same great coffee, same great atmosphere. It’s a place that clearly cares about its craft and its community. If you’re anywhere near the area, Birch & Banyan is absolutely worth the stop. A true gem and easily one of my favorite local spots."
